Telephone Triage

Telephone Triage Nursing is available for experienced Nurses to discuss how to safely, effectively, and appropriately triage the individual based on symptom-based telephone communication. Other discussions will include using physician-approved guidelines or protocols, telephone triage interactions, patient education, and crisis intervention.
