Quality Improvement

Quality Improvement is available for Nurses who are responsible for ensuring the improvement of quality care of our patients and their safety. Discuss topics such as staffing requirements, pain management protocols, data collecting/reporting, challenges with administration, roles. Other topics will include, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service (CMS), Clinical/Surgical Outcomes Assessment Program (COAP/SCOAP) and Joint Commission.
