  7. Hello, I have been an LPN for 17 years and I will complete my Bachelors degree Health care Administration in March 2013. I want to know if there are any other LPN's out there who have taken this route or a similar route and what was your experience.   11. Hello, those are 2 seperate exams. you are allowed to take health/safety and transitions before enrolling to excelsior. u would need to be enrolled in excelsior before taking heath differences. I think that CD that you have must have been a bundle type where you get 2 test for the price of 1 or something like that. Linda

    hello d'cm i agree i have had some patients come in who were train wrecks and often why they were released from the hospital now i am putting the big picture of interqual together.....you are right can the patient be treated at a lower level of care. i guess i will continue to practice and work with interqual and then i will really catch on....do you know where i can purchase an interqual book? linda
