  1. Hi everyone, I am currently an RN Case Manager working remotely here in CA and due to work requirements, I need to obtain licenses to other states. I am currently pursuing NV licensure and it is going well, however I am also interested to pursue MD licensure even if I get just the single state. I tried to contact the MD board for endorsement inquiry but they haven't emailed back and it has been 3 weeks already. I am a foreign grad, more than 10 years of nursing experience and have a graduate degree here in the US. Does anyone have other contact email for the board of phone numbers? Any insight helpful.
  2. Hello does anyone have any resources for utilizing Milliman Care Guidelines apart from the MCG website? I am scheduled to take the course and exam on July 1st and wanted to read ahead. Thank you.

Good day everyone, I am an RN Case Manager who is involved with quality improvement and would like some insights on the CPHQ exam. 10. Hello everyone, I am getting ready to take the CCM exam in April 2018. I have joined the CCM community in Facebook of Deanna Gillingham and have signed up on her online forums, reviews, and purchased her book and practice exams. Any other advice someone can give me in passing this exam? A lot of people are saying it is a difficult exam. I am so nervous about this exam.Thank you.
  11. Hi lianoland...yes I have taken my Certified Managed Care Nurse or CMCN. I took it back in 2015. The only prep I used for CMCN is the one AAMCN has provided. As for the Certifed Case Manager exam or CCM, I am still preparing for it and will take the exam in April. I am using the book by Deanna Cooper Gillingham called Case Management Certification Made Easy. Hope this helps.

  14. Hello everyone, I am contemplating on getting an MSN in Patient Safety and Quality vs. a Master of Science in Health Sciences. I work as an RN CM for a cople of years amd is working on a CCM certification. Some of my colleagues and supervisors have either MSN or MSHS. Which one would be more advisable for a nursing position? Thank you.
  15. Hello Kaligirl02 that is so good to know that you like their program! I got accepted to the FNP program and is super nervous and excited. That's great to know that they have full support to the students and are approachable. Makes me feel less stressed. 😊 I cannot inbox you as I don't have enough posts but I can email you. Thanks!
