  7. I'm not sure because I'm Independent, but I bet all agencies are different in the way they assign members. Maybe some people that work for agencies will respond to you.
  8. It's 6 mths that you have to be free of the agency due to the non compete clause. The only way you can get out of that is if the agency will be willing to write a letter of release for you to Humana. I'm so sorry this is happening to you.
