Ok, AN, it's guilty pleasure time. What do you do that you know as a nurse you shouldn't? Chain smoke? Binge drink on the weekends? Lecture a patient on a healthy lifestyle then go home and slam down a whole mac-n-cheese pizza? Ride your kick-a** donorcycle to work? Do back flips on your trampoline while juggling swords?
Out with it!
I'm a long-time vegan who goes to the gym 4-5 days a week, walks and bikes almost everywhere, runs half-marathons now and then, and quit smoking 3.5 years ago. That said:
Whiskey and rum are way too delicious.
If I could snort bread, I would.
Coke Zero q4h.
Have been avoiding the dentist for... a while, and the gynecologist for so long I might have cobwebs.
Same thing with regular doctor visits. I think I might just have an aversion to making appointments.
I feel so much better getting that out, and reading all of your confessions.
I avoided the dentist for a long time- but found one here that's awesome - and she's a dog lover top, so we get along really well.
The Gyno?? Cobwebs plus some. I haven't been in almost 10 years...
I've been smoking lately (shame on me) but plan to go back to my puffer soon.
I'm very lacking in the exercise department.
My diet is getting better but I still misbehave sometimes (I love Big Macs).
I drink way too much coffee.
But I am current with most of my yearly stuff with the doctor. That must get me some points somewhere. O_o ::

I think you just like typing Montepulciano D'Abruzzo. Which WA wine? Hmmmm?
You're no quitter.
