What do you listen to while studying

So I am sitting here brushing up on some stuff that I came across on our unit the other night and jamming out and was curious what everyone listens to. I know its not everyones thing to have noise when studying but Im guessing there are a few of us out there.

I listen to light classical when my kids are not at home. I've tried listening to some of my favorite music, but I start getting into the music a little too much and it prevents me from concentrating on my work.

I'm the same way! I can't listen to my "usual" music because it distracts me. I also listen to either light classical or spa/nature on Pandora :)

I like silence however I am normally forced to listen to my other student housemates (who aren't doing nursing and have less hours) laugh and watch friend/scrubs/glee/greys/desperate housewives!!! Oh well.....at least I pass my tests and avoid tv temptation!! :D :D

Oh my, one year I had housemates who did nothing but watch Tivo all day and so I lived in the library. I could never ever study at home with them there!!

I spent many nights studying to Owl City over and over again.

Also, I really like studying to The Appleseed Cast.

I didnt realize it til my friend came over but apparently my bass was shaking the front door ha ha. I guess I can get into my music sometimes too.

Listening to Pachebel Canon in D helps concentrate in studying. I usually play it over and over again.
