For quite awhile, I've been feeling more and more dissatisfied with the content, tone, and bent of many, many threads on this board.
I think I've just hit my limit.
I'm formally withdrawing from participation here.
To some of you, farewell...
To others, good riddance...
Nooooooooooo. Some of us, and I mean me, look forward to reading your posts. Although I do understand where you are coming from. Hope you drop in every now and help us very scared and freaked out nursing students!!!! Take care
That ^^^...please don't go! I've enjoyed reading your posts - you have so much to contribute...just ignore the meanies!

Sorry to hear that! I love your user name it is so fresh and positive! We need that kind of uplifting to help cope with the stresses of nursing. I know I come across as cynical in many of my posts, but allnursing gives me a place to vent and find support and know that I'm not alone in my struggles. Will miss you, your posts and your delightful music in my heart user name! Wish you the best! Hope you reconsider!
I totally get what you are doing. I was reading your last post and the comments...finally, I had enough of reading the comments and just ignored the rest. It was just to frustrating. I think that is the only way to save yourself, sometimes - just read a few of the comments, and once it starts getting negative - to just shut that part of your reading down!
Everyone has an opinion, and thoughts cannot always be interpreted through text. So, even a sentence as simple as "I didn't say he did it" can have a lot of different meanings - depending on where the person places emphasis.
...and of course...no good deed goes unpunished....
best of luck - I am going to miss reading your posts!!

Song in my heart gets my vote.
There's a song, "With a song in my heart". Very old.
I always think of that song when I see the OPs symbols.
