Hey guys,
Has anyone heard / know how accurate Uworld's new self-assessment exam is? They recently added (01/01/2017) the new self-assessment portion. I had a friend score a 98% on it and passed her NCLEX in 75 questions. She was the only person I know of that took the self-assessment test. Was wondering if any knows about others that have taken it and scored high/low and passed the NCLEX as well. I took my assessment and scored a 92% so I am a bit worried about my chances of passing the NCLEX now...
Thanks in advance!

I took mine today with 55% score. Is it bad?

I took the self assessment by Uworld and I scored 95% chance of likely passing the nclex. I passed the first time with 75 questions. Good luck to you :)

When you said you scored a 92%, do you mean 92% correct or 92 percentile score? Regardless, a 92 will put you at a very high chance especially if it's consistent with your average UWorld QBank score. I took the self-assessment and got a 76% correct (97 percentile - very high chance of passing); I've done 1400 questions from the Uworld QBank with 73% correct (96th percentile). I plan on taking the NCLEX in the next few weeks.

I was under that when I took it. I failed the first time because I really didn't study. Took it the second time 5 months later. I spent 2 weeks on Uworld and passed in 75. Nothing beats Uworld....

Self Assessment
67% correct / 33% incorrect
92nd percentile
Overall Uworld Qbank
68% correct / 32% incorrect
93rd percentile
I test this Wednesday (01/18) so it's starting to hit me of how real things are getting. I will keep you posted about the results.

Consistency is a good thing. I would be very surprised if you don't pass with 75 questions. Good luck!!

I didn't do well on those self assessment things. I would set it for 75 questions and would score less than 50-60% when I would do multiples. I passed nclex on first try in 75 questions. Just read all rationales whether you got them right or wrong. It helps tremendously.

I took mine the weekend before my NCLEX.
I scored 66% which put me in the 92nd percentile and "Very high" predictability to pass.
It was a goo practice and good ego booster for me.
I took my NCLEX on Friday and I found I passed on Sunday.
Best wishes!!

That is VERY comforting to hear! Thank you and congrats on the huge accomplishment!

I consider myself an average student (maybe a little bit towards the lower end as compared to my classmates lol) who had a few A's and mostly B's and C's. All I used to study was UWorld.
My performance stats were 55% and was in the 64th percentile. On the Self assessment I got 57% with the average of the test at 55%, was placed in the 72nd percentile, and had a "very high" chance of passing according to it.
Took the test and passed it with 75 questions even though I felt that I totally failed the NCLEX. So I guess Uworld is pretty accurate :).
As long as you are scoring above the averages of the tests then I think you should be good for the Nclex. :)
