I guess I will start working through the NCLEX books, and the LaCharity book, oh and work my LPN job as much as possible. What are YOU going to do to stay up to speed over summer break?

Specializes in LTC.

I'm going to work as much as I can as a LPN. I'm going to start going through my NCLEX books too for the fall. I have one more semester to go in addition to a summer class I'm starting in a couple of weeks.

I have to go to summer school in my nursing program, so that keeps me up to speed! Otherwise, I really don't think I would be motivated enough to crack open a nursing book as I certainly never touched them over Christmas break. :p

Classes re-start in just a few weeks. On our break I have worked as much as possible and read med-surg book, NCLEX book, and Pharm book. *Sigh*, not much of a vacation but this is what I signed up for I supppose. :specs:

I will finally be taking the summer OFF! After 2 years of taking pre-req's ( I missed the deadline for application last fall ) Classes start in August so I plan on taking time to "re-connect" with my family this summer , while I can!
