I've always been attracted to people's behavior and attempted to understand why they behave as they do. I have a theory here:
A definition of melting pot is "a place where different peoples, styles, theories, etc. are mixed together" and that's why I believe General Nursing is a popular forum. It's a potpourri of nurses, spanning the entire spectrum of nurses and nursing.
What do you think?
Why do you come to the General Nursing forum?

Of course, I look for my favorite posters...
I used to read the School Nurses forum, but with the pandemic and all I gave it up.
The stories in the school nurse forum keep a smile on my face. Those stories are hilarious! ?
Similar to sour lemon, paradoxically, I come here to productively waste time. I find some of the self-destructive, dark aspects of humanity quite fascinating. As such, I usually peruse the addictions and nurses with criminal records sections. Otherwise, I am usually offering contrarian responses to some of the conventional thoughts/replies. Nothing is beyond questioning and/or challenging, until validity and reliability are ascertained.
Happy new year to all ?
