EB3 MOVEMENT 2015---for those who want to pursue their US application.

Published

HI, I WOULD LIKE TO START A THREAD REGARDING THE EB3 PRIORITY DATES(PD) MOVEMENT.

If february's PD is up to JAN 2014, prediction for next month might be a 7 month jump again to AUGUST 2014.

Then by APRIL, it can be CURRENT.

what are your thoughts on this? maybe we can update or give advice for those who want to pursue their AMERICAN DREAM.

I am a White (Kano) American Male. I own a business, I am not in the nursing or hospital industry.

I have Pinay wife, I set up this account last year when a Typhoon/Hurricane blew thru her town and she had no electricity, so she could ask question here, but she never got around to using this account. She is now in USA and approved to take NCLEX in Texas and now studying.

I have actually been on this site trying to give foreign trained nurse, especially Philippines educated because I like the country, legal loopholes to help them apply of find work in the USA. I try to help them not get ripped off by scammers in their home country.

So next time you start flapping your gums about me, and writing nonsense, I suggest you do a little research before you start posting......

Also this is a nurses forum for nurses! Your not a nurse, i think your intentions are somewhat dishonest? And am sure in breach of this site, going under someone else's profile?

You brought your wife from the Philippines through K1 fiance visa so why complain when foreign nurses just like your wife will be brought into the US through EB3 visa ?

Complain? It really doesn't matter to me either way.

What I do find interesting is that it seems that USA has an ample supply of Nurses to supply the workforce in USA.

Heck I might even look into opening a company that supplies RN to USA in a few years when I move abroad.

But if you read here on this forum and read the state and general boards it seems like we have plenty of qualified nurses to fill any position.

I suspect these hospitals or companies that are bringing nurses into USA especially from 3rd World countries like Philippines where nurse make $10 per day. The hospital want to staff with underpaid employees for profit.

Or the hospitals are too lazy or Human Resource doesn't want to interview employees, and they lie and say they can't find worker and then use the EB3 visa. One of the main requirements is you can't find workers in the USA.

If you know the immigration process in USA, there are way too many legal loopholes to lie and get into the USA. Or you can enter the USA illegally and wait for the President to a executive action to let you become legal. 4 million Illegal aliens got there US Citizenship a few years ago...

xenophobic people are obstacle to growth and destructive to the American economy. Today, Hewlett Packard (HP) bought California-based Aruba Networks ( maker of WIFI equipment ) for $3 Billion cash. It was founded 13 years ago by an immigrant from India and employed 1,800 employees. GOD bless America.

But you are still brown-skin Filipina immigrant yourself. All people from America are immigrants except for the our beloved native-american indians.

That's correct and proud of it! How about you? What's your background, both educational and ethnicity etc?

I disagree with the "crab mentality", the correct terminology would be a "reality check". I'm sure you can then lead these individuals into a world of unicorns and pots of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Bobby Murphy, the Filipino-American co-founder of popular app Snapchat, entered this year's Forbes list of world billionaires. The 26-year-old, Stanford-educated Murphy has a net worth of $1.5 billion, making him the second youngest dollar billionaire in the club, Forbes reported. Recently, he turned down a $3-billion buyout offer from Facebook in 2013, and the app now has a value of $19 billion. Forbes said Murphy has a stake of at least 15 percent in Snapchat. His mother emigrated from the Philippines. This is one of the many examples on how immigrants can have a positive impact on job creation & innovation to the U.S. economy.

I think with the current job market in the USA those who are using agencies to immigrate need to be very careful of scams. There are plenty of dirty handed people out there who wish to take advantage of those who wish to come to the US. The New York job market is very tight and Albany doesn't even have that many positions advertised.

Please beware.

i'm a brown skin Filipina migrant worker in England. despite the fact that the cost of living is high, unemployment rate is high plus we have to pay taxes, national insurance etc., i encourage nurses to apply and join the bandwagon. why? we're continuously looking for talents who will contribute to the shortage. i take it, you're an immigration specialist in America?
