HI, I WOULD LIKE TO START A THREAD REGARDING THE EB3 PRIORITY DATES(PD) MOVEMENT.

If february's PD is up to JAN 2014, prediction for next month might be a 7 month jump again to AUGUST 2014.

Then by APRIL, it can be CURRENT.

what are your thoughts on this? maybe we can update or give advice for those who want to pursue their AMERICAN DREAM.

Hi NursePao, I just want to ask what is the name of that agency in the Philippines?

Hi! It's 1st northern international placement.

They are still in fact issuing EB3 for nurses from Philippines to work in USA. I just read on another forum a girl was asking about release of her husband/child passport said she was on EB3 visa to USA.

EB3 has never stopped for nurses all that happened was demand was higher than allocation so some nurses have waited over 10 years to get a visa either for themselves or immediate family

I find it odd they (USCIS) is still allowing nurses to come to USA with the over surplus of nurses here, and with Jr colleges spitting out nurses.

The more I learn about immigration the more I am convinced, the people who waited in line and did it the right and legal way is not the way to do it.

With all the waivers for overstays, or illegal entry or the legal loopholes to get to the USA, it just a screwed up mess
