RETROGRESSION ISSUE
Do you know any site for immigrant forum that suites my case where I can learn a lot from them?

RETROGRESSION ISSUE
Thank you. I'd rather wait for my PD while waiting here in the UK. Since the agency told me that they believed that retrogression will not take that long.

I don't have a PD. I will be visiting NY this month, is it possible to apply for a job while I'm on tour and find an employer?

RETROGRESSION ISSUE
Hi everyone! I have recently applied through an agency in the Philippines as a nurse in Minot ND. My credentials has been assessed by the ICON Group and fortunately passed their initial interview and got a good feedback. Now I am just waiting for my interview last April 2015 by my employer 'TRINITY HEALTH'. however, I heard the bad news that the retrogression is current again due to cleaning up unused visa according to the Department of State officer. Now I just wanna ask If has anyone of you know about Trinity Health? Do you think this retrogression issue will takes longer time again? I hope you can help me on this. Thank you very much. Regards Kriselle

Query
Hi I have a current/valid NY license, speaking-7 and over all band score of 6.5 in ielts which I believe is qualified to apply for visa screening certificate. Is it possible that an employer can sponsor me if ever I get the chance to go in new York and apply there personally? What are the usual process of applying as a nurse to New York. (I am currently living in England from Asian origin). I hope you can help me here. Thanks

So it would be best to look for employers first. Do you know any recruitment agencies? One more thing, my license is now in new York so does it mean it cannot be used in California anymore?

I'd like to ask everyone re my case. I have passed nclex last 2011 from California Board of nursing then i endorsed my license to new York in order to keep my certificate and due to expires in 2016. Now iam qualified as well with my English exam (ielts speaking 7, band score.6.5) do you think, shall i start the visa screening?( i have all the required documents with me for the visa screening). However, I am inactive nurse for 3 years and now just started to do practice nursing here in the UK, still I prefer to be a nurse in the US. Do you think it is still advisable to do the visa screening and how long will it take? AND If iam fortunate to pass the visa screening, what is the next stop to be done? Im looking forward for your responses. Many thanks
