  1. hi i cant share that experience as someone might be able to read it and that is a personal experience. All you have to know is that I inquired about something, and it goes against them, instead of communicating well, they threat you. And its just an inquiry. And when you email them, it will take weeks for them to answer you and when they do, you are obliged to reply right away with a deadline.
  2. hi i have created this thread, i did not know that its still alive. Anyway, just an update, at first AVANT was really nice and all, but when the time comes that you need something from them, they are not that accomodating. Im sorry but i just had a bad experience with them---well not just once, but twice. With what happened im just not going to divulge. They were just simple requests but they always threaten me instead of just explaining to me nicely what they want. Its as if they are talking to a child who wont listen. And pls. be aware that there have been lots of denials from AVANT. My friend who also applied got an RFE for his I-140 then AVANT withdrew the application and he was adviced that they will refile at a later time. Hope this helps in choosing wisely your AGENCY. Scrutinize well..ask questions, make sure they are consistent with how they deal with you. its better to look for a direct hire---they are out there, dont rush it. =)
  3. I have read in another forum that eb3 visas have been exhuasted for those who are not current. Nathalie29, how did it go for you?
  4. Nathalie29 have you read about those with interview this may Can go to USEM until april 28 and can have their interview.
  5. https://nursefastrackforallnurses.wordpress.com/2015/04/14/eb3-visa-priority-date-retro-should-rns-worry/ I hope this might give us some hope!
  6. Retrogression hits again. Is this for real? May visa bulletin is at july 2007.
  7. Hi! they just filed for my petition last march 31. My priority date is april 01, 2015. So i still have to wait for it to be current. have you checked their website and facebook page on how they can help you?
  8. Sorry for the incorrect info: visa bulletin this month is october 2014---not 2015. Thanks.
  9. having a priority date (PD) means your petitioner filed for your petition. Then you have to wait for your PD to be current before you can process everything. This month, visa bulletin is october 2015, so next month, i hope it moves up until april 2015--or better CURRENT. =) Will check my inbox =)
  10. Its thru an agency, they filed it last march 31, and just got the notice of receipt this week with april 1 2015 as my priority date. You guys? Any news?
  11. looks like every 2nd week of the month.
  12. Im still waiting for the PD. I was only informed yesterday that it was sent to their immigration attorney for filing. So hopefully by next week i can get my PD. goodluck to us! 13. Yeah location is what they can't promise. because it depends on their clients plus the area where they have a vacancy. oh well, they were the first agency to contact me last september. I guess the situation is really looking good for nurses who wants to go to US since a lot of agencies have appeared left and right. a lot are now offering sponsorship for nurses to take NCLEX and IELTS. Lets stay positive about this. =)
  14. Nursepao, hows your application with your agency? Suzy12, have you signed your contract with them? It took me 2-3weeks before i got the contract. I kept on emailing them. So at what stage of the application are you now, by now i believe you have signed the contract?
