What are the top 5 medications YOU administer daily?

I want to read about medications that are nornally given by nurses, what do you normally deal with on your floor? I'm hoping to see a common drug list, but who knows...

IV infusions would be vancomycin, zosyn, flagyl.

I almost forgot a few PRN's-- zofran, ambien, tramadol.

Each shift I give all of those medications at least once.

Allergy meds - claritin, flonase, cough drop, throat spray, cough syrup

Bowel/Bladder meds -Docusate, MoM, Kaotin, Senna and Gelnique

Antianxiety - Ativan, Haldol

Injection - insulin, lovenox

I only give PRNS. Cant break it doen by drug, only class. I give a LOT of everything listed, most Tylenol and bowel meds. If we're discussing most commonly used meds that oyr folks recv overall as administered by med aides:

Supplements/allergy med

Psych/Anxiety meds - Depakote, seroquel, wellbutrin, Haldol, ativan, xanax

DM management - Metformin

Anti HTN - an assortment

Anti Parkinsonians/Alz - Senemet, exelon patch, etc...
