Something to understand what nurses think about re the Current News and their opinions!

Got 2 small American Flags, streamers, 4th July headbands + butterfly wings, flag banner for medication table, all ways to help celebrate as Camp Nurse on  the 4th --still bullish on the US but realize others in Scandinavia countries have a better quality of life.

As the nation’s 245th birthday approaches, not everyone is bullish on the red, white, and blue. 

Almost 7 out of 10 voters (69 percent) believe America is the greatest country to reside in, according to the latest Fox News survey, down from 83 percent in 2015 and from the high-water mark recorded a decade ago: 84 percent in April 2011, the first time the question was asked on a Fox News poll.  

On the other side of the ledger, 26 percent say America is not the best country to live in, up 12 points.  ...

You certainly can advocate for tougher penalties to curb these crimes.  Also, just like I say to those who say Biden "stole the election" and that Trump is the true winner, I say "show me the proof" and follow fair and due process.  Otherwise you're just blowing hot air.

 

 

 

I completely understand what you mean re being understanding and demonstration of better behaviors. What you fail to recognize is that unless someone is actually capable or receptive, which republicans repeatedly demonstrate that they are not * investigating the Insurrection *voter suppression *gerrymandering *citizens united *Supreme Court steals *women's rights etc etc, the list is endless. 

I don't know if you play sports but I play a lot of soccer and for my size, I'm very skillful, so I get kicked a lot. For most people it's a tactic to put you off your game but for some people, it's their personality. They will do it for enjoyment and until you kick them into orbit or really hurt them, they will not stop no matter how many times you ask them. 

How many times does Roger Stone or Paul mannafort or Flynn etc and so many others have to hurt others before you realize that they just don't care. When roe v Wade is gone or your vote no longer matters, it's too late. If the barriers were in place, do you think Trump would have won? Putin undoubtedly helped Trump and facebook's greed also. When will people realize that Barr might actually get away with a slap on the wrist for politicizing the justice Dept? If the justice Dept was so easily corrupted by a very likely brain dead orangutan, there's serious problems with the barriers!

I get what you're saying about making sure things don't go that way again by being stuff on the past culprits and setting in place institutions that aren't corruptible and have consequenes.

But Biden, Harris, Pelosi and Schumar know how to play political hardball.

Pelosi yes! The others I doubt. I think Biden has minor skeletons that people like Turtle Face McConnell knows about. Our democracy hangs by the slenderest of margins especially with traitors like Manchin and Sinema who pretend to be idealistic. I'm realistic and knowing the opposition, you have to play by their rules until you control the situation and rely on your inherent ethics and morality to ensure that you don't go to far. Biden's cabinet appears to be all good people. 

You can only DEAL FROM A POSITION OF POWER! This isn't poker where you can bluff. There should be only one focus and that is ending the filibuster. Then he can pass the required bills to firstly end Citizens United and pass John Lewis, then remake the Supreme Court to stop the republicans making statewide laws to restrict voters, which because the lower courts are all in republican hands makes it all possible to stop them.

Liberals don't care about the major skeletons out there for us all to see.  Why would you care about the minor ones that only people like McConnell know of?

How odd that a person who supports the politician with the largest collection of skeletons in his gilded closets would attempt to project about corruption and dishonesty. I wonder what makes you believe that the liberal political party is more tolerant of unacceptable character flaws than the conservative political party, in light of the man who currently represents conservative politics and policy. Are you unaware of the major skeletons that you ignore to support Trump? We aren't. 

Get back to us on those Biden skeletons when you find a couple mistresses or broken marriages in his personal history.  Do we have photos or film of Biden partying with a pedophile sex trafficker? No? That must have been that twice impeached fellow  before him...the orange entry into the Worst President Ever award.

Have your heard of Democrats being forced to return contributions because of fraudulent collection tactics?  I haven't seen anything in the news about that.  I give regularly to the Dems and I'm old and despite them being a real pain (just had to unsubscribe to most of their emails, I have never felt that I was being deceived.  It's very clear whether you want to donate once or make it a regular donation.  I think the Republican tactic was designed to fool fools who give their hard earned dollars to Trump.  But feel free to show me the evidence.  I am not tightly alighed to the Dem. party but it is the only boxier in the ring big enough to defeat a Republican agenda which has become the vomit of Satan.

I didn't say more tolerant.  Tolerant isn't how I would describe it.  But we all make compromises when it comes to voting for a party or politician.

Actually, if you fact check this, you will find there is no evidence about Clinton being on the island but there are several quotes from Trump about Epstein.  If I knew my surgeon were a dog, yes, I would pick another surgeon.  Sloppy in one realm of life, probably sloppy in the other.  I can't understand how anyone with a moral compass could vote for Trump.  As for Biden, no one can survived as long as he has in Washington without compromise but he doesn't make my compass spin.  He's remained a decent fellow after working in the cesspool for decades.  We don't HAVE TO watch the news every minutes since he's not out to torment or hurt anyone.  I don't feel like I have to keep my defenses up against Hitler's mini-me.

LoI wonder if you believe that trying to implicate someone else in Epstein's sex trafficking makes Trump look less like a fellow seeking the friendship and approval of Epstein in those photos and video clips.  Isn't it impressive how Trump's DOJ insured that justice prevailed in those cases against Epstein? Oh wait...

So you think that Trump simply represents people with broken marriages?  I'm not surprised that you don't see that Trump lied to and cheated on each of his wives.  He, arguably, broke those marriages. But Trump supporters would have us believe, I  guess, that Trump was maybe a victim in those relationships. 

Have you ever had surgery where you got to decide between the surgeon with a divorce but also with extensive training, experience and a proven record of success in the specific procedure and/or the wealthy fellow who has never done any surgical procedure, who lied about the risks of the surgery and told you that he accepts no accountability for his words and actions. We know that you chose the corrupt and incompetent liar in the political arena, is your judgement better in other areas of your life?
