It's quite possible we all interpreted different promises as being the big ones, but:
Repeal and Replace the ACA?
Border wall paid for by Mexico?
Eliminate the Federal Budget Deficit? (We set new records for federal spending, largely driven by his spending initiatives).
He pushed for codifying DACA as law, then didn't, then was for it again.
