What does your nursing uniform look like?

I found out today that our nursing uniform is white scrub pants (or a white skirt), a white polo shirt and a white smock/lab coat that has to be worn at all times. YUCK!! Plus, the polo shirt is pretty thick. Can anyone say heat stroke.:o I'm gonna melt and look ugly lol.

What do you wear to your clinicals?

Navy scrubs and white shoes..our school logo on the sleeve..much better than a lot of schools

Ours are royal blue top and royal blue flare bottoms (like "Kentucky Blue") with white leather shoes. We also have a white lab coat with our school badge on it if needed. Can't complain about mine

Any color/pattern scrubs for the classroom.

For clinicals, any white scrubs, with a blue apron type thing that ties on the sides.

Closed back shoes, mostly white

Love the uniforms we have. Much better than they used to be (white scrub bottoms, bright aqua tops, horrid!!) lol

I would dress up like Big Bird from Sesame Street if I had to. I'm just glad I got accepted into nursing school, I'm not concerned about how my shoes coordinate with my lab coat. The only runway I care to walk will be on graduation day to pick up my degree...;)

My student nursing uniform is a smurf baby blue colour.

Its pretty well fitting, but I dont' look good in anything that shows gravey stains... or blood.

Ours is ALL WHITE! White Landau button down scrub top, white scrub pants, and white shoes! HOW CLEAN!!!

Our school is really laid back, any style hunter green scrubs with gold embroidery. We can also wear any neutral color long sleeve t under the scrub top as well. Most of us wear whatever color top we want under our scrubs.

White polo, white scrub pants, white shoes, white socks or white or nude stockings, ugly blue vest from Dove Apparel. The vest was the only thing we had to buy from a specific company. I'm thankful for that.

I just ironed everything yesterday. My advice, buy starch! :)

Okay here I go, see-through white pants (lovely), hunter green polo with school name on sleeve, white vest, and white lab coat. Not the most flattering outfit but I will wear it with no regrets, getting that degree is well worth it!:roll

HEY! I have the same uniform! Ugly as sin isn't it. unfortunately we had to buy not only that blue vest, but the white scrub pants, and polo from the company... a bunch of us in my program plan on having a bon fire at the end of senior year
