What does your nursing uniform look like?

Published

I found out today that our nursing uniform is white scrub pants (or a white skirt), a white polo shirt and a white smock/lab coat that has to be worn at all times. YUCK!! Plus, the polo shirt is pretty thick. Can anyone say heat stroke.:o I'm gonna melt and look ugly lol.

What do you wear to your clinicals?

Purple scrubs with white shoes...

We have to have the navy blue cherokee scrub top and cargo scrub pants. we can also purchase a white polo and a long sleeved scrub top to wear in the colder months if we want. School patch on left sleeve. white shoes no holes and if clog type must have backstrap. wedding bands only and no perfume.

Teal Landau scrub pants that go with the hospitals colors. White Landau scrub tops with the school name embroidered on the left chest. We can wear a teal scrub jacket if we're cold. White lab coat over street clothes for getting pt assignments. Not too bad of a get-up compared to what some of the others on here have to wear! :)

Navy scrub top and beautiful white see through pants only the kind with the elastic waist white socks and shoes. We are allowed to wear a navy lab coat but everything has to have the schools patch on it.

Mine are: deep blue top with buttons and white pants, can't complain because anything is better than all white. My ideal uniform would be all purple or black.

White scrub pants and top, white shoes and socks, and a lovely bright blue cobbler apron. I can't wait to graduate so I can wear something different, lol!

Our uniform is red scrub top and pants, a white lab coat,

Santa???? hahahah Sorry! I couldn't resist.

We will wear teal scrub pants, a white scrub top with school patch on the sleeve, white lab coat, and white shoes. I don't mind the teal pants, but I hate wearing white. Before buying my uniforms, I didn't even own a white shirt. ugh.... But, at least we don't have to wear white pants. Thank goodness!!

Our uniforms are galaxy blue (like royal blue almost) with the school logo on the top. Our shoes must be non-porous shoes, that are all white, lab coats can be blue or white.

Classroom attire is any color/pattern scrubs with any shoes as long as they aren't open toed or heels. (don't laugh some have come in with spikey heeled shoes/sandels)

Clinical uniform is ceil blue top and bottom scrubs. The top has our school patch. White shoes, no clogs, open toes etc.

The clinical sites we go to are use to seeing the "blue crew" "the smurf brigade" grace their halls every few months and always greet the incoming people with their banter of "blue crew" "smurf brigade" in the building LOL.

At a community college in Central California -

CNA, LVN, and RN programs all wear white scrubs for clinical. This made things interesting last semester when members of all three groups were at the same hospital... lots of confusion among the staff about scope of practice.

turquoise and ugly!

My college has the UGLIEST uniforms ever!!! Our patients look at us and laugh-and I don't blame them

(Collared short sleeved shirt)

White with GREEN stripes--- yes you read it right! With buttons that go halfway up your neck and feels like your choking!

White scrub pants with creases in the middle-elastic waist

White oversized vest that goes on top of the striped shirt

White lab jacket- Which I wear at ALL possible times!

I would do anything to wear normal scrubs!!!

Thankfully I'm in my last year..
