Western N C - currently 34.20 per hour and another 12 an hour for nights/ WE. But I have been doing this a while and this may could be improved. However I know because I have been looking- I would take substantial payout if I leave my current employer

Amarillo T.X 40.63 an hour 25% diff for weekends and an extra 15% for nights so if you work weekend nights it’s 40% diff we never hav trouble covering weekend nights. Also double time and a half on holidays and really bank on a holiday weekend. I have 13 years experience as a nurse. Here in Amarillo this is pretty much the high end of the pay for nurses unless your in special areas like NICU

Wow, that’s pretty impressive!!! Good for you.
IHS in Phoenix pays 100,000 a year, maybe a bit more. You have to do an extra 8 hr shift q 2 weeks to make 80 hours per pp. similar to VA

Cincinnati metro area, new grad:
-$24.71/hr base pay
-$4/hr night differential
The system I work for has the lowest starting pay in the area, but some of the best benefits

$30.00 base pay; $4.00 nights differential; $1.00 weekend differential (on-top of baylor pay). An additional $1.00 if I'm ever charge.
