In the QC starting is 27ish/hr in the hospital for a new grad. Base for charge is around 29/hr. Night diff 3-11 is 5/hr and 11-7 is now 7.50 an hr and weekends are also 7.50 an hr. This is due to us losing our staff. Preceptor pay is 2/hr and fill in charge is a little over 1/hr.

New grad in the OR at level 1 trauma center in Indiana. $28/hr
COL definitely isn't bad and I'm able to support myself and husband while he's basically interning at his job for the next few years. We're hoping to make it back to the PNW area when he's able to earn again. Any WA, OR, or AK nurses mind sharing what they're making?

Northern VA, came to area with 7 years experience, 42/hr and change plus shift differential making it out to be about -47/hr for full time nights. I know new grad and DC pay is low.
