She also ruled that Smith's use of "permanent indefinite appropriation" — funding for his prosecution office — violated that constitutional clause.
Well, if he had a bad day by getting shot, his day just go better today. More stuff for the convention. It's a legal decision by a judge that did a deeper dive and I respect that.
