If you could do it again,what career would you choose to pursue instead of Nursing?What are your reasons?

Student for life. Learning all the things! I just love learning so much. Has nothing to do with nursing. There are a couple of threads from within the last year that are great reads on this topic.

I wouldn't select a career, per se. If I had a choice, I would be a trust fund kid born to a fabulously wealthy family. I wouldn't work for a living. I'd become a professional student, world traveler and food critic.

What I regret about becoming a nurse--->I didn't do it sooner. I was 42 when I got my license. I flunked out of college at 19 and 20 years later was afforded the opportunity to go back to school. I love what I do, but I wish I had gotten into it at a younger age.
