My OP was tongue in cheek but it makes me wonder based on the Pandemic Poll where close to 30% said they wouldn't show up for work.

I thought of that thread often the past few days and notice that the thread has come back to life. I would rather not work, but if there is an extreme shortage, then, we may have to worry about our jobs for sure. With two major hospitals that have permanently closed this winter, there are plenty of displaced nurses who wish to swarm in and take our positions.

it will be interesting to see how the hospitals treat flu patients. everyone on respiratory isloation? well , it will keep the census up !!
