OK, since enrollment for Summer 2012 is close to starting, I figured I'd get the ball rolling for those of us who are taking courses this summer.

What courses are you taking? Is this your first time taking the class? When will you apply for nursing school?

taking two courses this summer - Chemistry 111 and College Algebra [Math 121]. Debating on whether I should add Bio 111 to that or not...

I am taking pathophysiology, intro to nursing, nutrition I have to take it again it is to old, and American politics this summer. I applied to nursing school in December and got accepted for this fall. So in the fall I will be taking two nursing classes with two labs, medical fiction, and philosophy. I am so excited good luck everyone!!!

I was able to register on Tuesday. I'm going to have a busy schedule this summer!

M-T-W-R - Anatomy Lecture - 8:10 AM - 9:30 AM

M-T-W-R - Anatomy Lab - 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM

M-W - Psychology - 12:10 PM - 4:00 PM

T-R - Phlebotomy Lecture - 4:10 PM - 5:00 PM

T-R - Phlebotomy Lab - 5:10 PM - 7:00 PM

F - Healthy Lifestyles - 8:10 AM - 12:00 PM

My last day at work is May 15th, so I'll have a few weeks off before school starts up on June 6th. I've been reviewing Cell Biology, Biochemistry & Histology since my Anatomy professor already posted the course syllabus online and our first few classes are a review of these.

Now I'm searching for good deals on the books I'll need. I swear, the books cost almost as much as the tuition!!!

I am taking Anatomy and Physiology 1 from 8:30 AM-10:10AM during the first summer session MTWTRF. Lab will be MTWTR from 1:00PM-3:00PM. Anatomy and Physiology 2 from 8:30-10:10 AM during the second summer session MTWTRF. Lab will be MTWTR from 1:00-3:00 PM. I'll Start May 21st, and end 10 weeks later.

Amazon has great deals on books. I bought two for half of the price of one.

Going to the nursing building on Monday to purchase my lab coat & phlebotomy kit for my Phlebotomy class. Can't wait to get started on this course...it looks like it's going to be all hands-on. I have a feeling my arms are going to be black & blue for the next 8 weeks, since we have to practice on each other beofre we're allowed to do clinicals next semester! :eek:

4 weeks until school starts!!!

I'm on my second week of summer class for Chem 101. I'm still trying to grasp conversions while doing all the chapters at a high speed. I feel a little behind but I know I will eventually get it. I've been cramming like crazy to get through the class so far.

This summer I'm taking chemistry, Chem lab, microcomputer applications, English comp 2, and US history 1. I have everything for nursing except micro so I'm taking them

It and they'll go toward my bachelors degree one day. I just applied for fall semester. Between all of my classes and two very active little boys I should be very occupied! Good luck everyone!!
