What states do you think offers more opportunities for new grad nurse's with ADNs?

In general, look into the states where people are not flocking to in droves: Wyoming, Oklahoma, Arkansas, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kentucky, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Mississippi, Louisiana, Idaho, Montana, etc.

Agree about KY, especially the smaller hospitals or out in the Eastern areas. In the mountains, they're offering some pretty solid sign on bonuses because it's really underserved. If I could have afforded to drive out there or move, I would have. My hospital system in Lexington just took on 29 new grads, 28 of which are ADN.

I'm in NC at a magnet hospital and they hire ADNs all the time.
