First shot- sore arm for 3 days.
Second shot- 24 hours of pain, fever, vomiting, chills. Followed by another 24 hrs of fatigue...the back to normal! Mildly sore arm through it all.

I have had both Moderna shots.
1st: 12/26/2020- arm and jaw pain on the side of the injection. It was mild and lasted about a week.
2nd: 01/22/2121- my arm felt like it was hit by a fastball for about 5 days. I had a swollen lymph node behind my ear that resolved after a few days.
Overall mild symptoms!

I got my second dose of Moderna yesterday morning at 9:00 am so I am 30 hours out. Yesterday around 4:00 pm I suddenly got super tired, like can't keep my eyes open tired and fell asleep for two hours on the couch. Woke up and continued feeling really tired but no other symptoms. Just before 9:30 pm I started having a mild headache and my eyes hurt a bit. Went to bed and woke up a few times hot and sweaty (not totally out of the norm for me) and today have a mildly sore arm and a dull headache. Nothing else. I feel very lucky b/c my husband got his last Thursday and it kicked his butt- fever, rigors, nausea, etc.

I had only a sore arm with the first dose of Pfizer.
I had the second dose last Friday. Fever, chills, wicked headache, body aches and fatigue for the first 36 hours. I had a very swollen and painful lymph node under the arm that received the injection that lasted 4 days.
Luckily I received the injection on a Friday as there is no way that I could have worked on Saturday.
*sigh*
Wouldn't it be great if someone posted-

I got my first Moderna on 1/12 and my arm was sore immediately, that lasted for a couple of days, along with some swelling around the vaccination site.
I got my second Moderna on 2/8 at around 3 pm. I noticed some numbness in my L hand (vax arm) that evening, my arm became more sore as the night went on. It woke me up a few times. I woke up the next morning with a very sore arm, like so sore I had a hard time lifting it above shoulder level. I had no other symptoms so I went to work. By 10 am I was feeling pretty crappy. Low grade fever of 100 F, achy and sore all over, pounding HA, swollen lymph nodes in my neck that made it hard to turn my head and hurt to swallow (but not a sore throat). I was cold and could not warm up (no rigors though). I also had occasional nausea. I went home and wallowed in my misery and electric blanket all day. Around 10 pm I finally caved and took a 1000mg of Tylenol. By 11 pm I was feeling much better and was able to fall asleep. Woke up symptom free other than a mildly sore arm the next day and have been fine since.
I would do it all over in a heartbeat too!!

Got my first dose of Moderna 48 hours ago. Minimal soreness. This morning- I got a text from the Board of Health with a link to the VAERS site to report any side effects. I was impressed by that.
The hubs has had both and Mr. Hypochondriac's only complaint was he got tired after doing yardwork for 2 hours in the 80 degree heat (he's in FL at my daughter's house) FIVE DAYS after dose #2.
