I feel so passionate about this particular subject and this is one strong reason why a nurse in the building is so important. We have assessment skills that Untrained Assistants, Secretaries, etc do not have. No fault of theirs' I appreciate them.

We don't have an SRO. So, if I do these assessments. It is only with the Admin. involved as well. Thankfully, I haven't had to do this for a long time.
