How have you expressed your displeasure about their choice? Are you questioning why they have not been terminated yet?

I don't believe this for a moment.
A little harsh, don't you think?
And, are you suggesting this isn't possible?
QuoteFully vaccinated people are much less likely to die with Covid-19 than those who aren't, or have had only one dose, figures from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) show.
Out of more than 51,000 Covid deaths in England between January and July 2021, only 256 occurred after two doses.

On another thread this person claims also to have a friend die from the vaccine as well several others with CVT. So in a very small universe of complications, a significant part of that universe were friend's of 1 single person. She called the vaccine an inexplicable. Nope, don't believe it.
I have one coworker, front desk, who submitted her resignation for the deadline to be vaccinated at our healthcare system. After contracting COVID for a second time, she told our manager if she changed her mind and will get the vaccine if she can stay; manager told her position is already filled. Another coworker, front desk also, got her first one Monday and is out sick today. A third coworker got her first one, a work-from-home non-contact position who was recently diagnosed with Parkinson’s, and she broke out in a full body rash a few hours after her first shot; she was told she still has to get the second one or she’ll be terminated also. I also have a coworker, an MA, who is breastfeeding so she wanted to wait until she finished nursing in December to get the vaccine, but she went ahead and got it to keep her job. They ARE terminating people who won’t get the vaccine.

1. Just because the person called out sick after a Vax doesn't mean that they are really sick from the vaccine (but I know that van happen). 2. Parkinson's hx is not a reason to stay unvaxxed. If that person is insured by the hospital or if the hospital needs the work product of this person, they want the person vaxxed. 3. Breastfeeding mothers are encouraged to be vaxxed and employers aren't likely to pay for stupid.

I hope he didn't have kids. Those are the saddest cases to hear about. Delta is one of those more dangerous variants and people are in denial.
I find this question unprofessional and potentially abusive of fellow nurses.
If you chose to get the shot, why are you concerned about what others do?
This is being turned into an “us against them”. That is dumbfounding and should be unacceptable.
We all worked quiet well together pre shot…How dare this profession question autonomy when we are to be advocating just that with our patients.

No. That is extremely unfair! All healthcare workers deserve a break now and again from the stress of caring for extremely sick and dying people (particularly when it was preventable). Try again.
