How have you expressed your displeasure about their choice? Are you questioning why they have not been terminated yet?

I find this question unprofessional and potentially abusive of fellow nurses.
If you chose to get the shot, why are you concerned about what others do?
This is being turned into an “us against them”. That is dumbfounding and should be unacceptable.

We all worked quiet well together pre shot…How dare this profession question autonomy when we are to be advocating just that with our patients.

Oh well. Maybe a different perspective would have you feeling differently.

This profession is encouraging vaccination against a dangerous contagion during a pandemic not individual autonomy.

I'm vaccinated by choice. I don't believe any vaccine should be mandatory.  I also could care less about whether my coworker is vaccinated or not. What they choose to do or not do is no concern of mine.

Now some of y’all really got a problem and being rude of ethnic background. If someone don’t want to take that vaccine for there reasons so what. The hire up’s do not have to tell you who vaxxed or not. All the *** I see in this post talking mess should not be nurses clearly it goes to show who the hell you are. If you vaxxed what you worried about unvaccinated people for are you protected. Ohhhh wait I forgot the vaccine doesn’t protect you from the virus which makes sense because most people back in the hospital are sick with and that are vaccinated. Stop questioning someone else beliefs or health conditions. If you so damn scared or got a problem you need to leave you job and find another one.

I agree...

No.

I believe each healthcare worker should choose whatever is best for themselves, including their religious beliefs.

It is not for me to judge.   I am not a nazi.

Nah.

Those who prefer to remain unvaccinated and gamble with the virus will have to leave their jobs and find other employment.

Your Nazi analogy is misplaced.  Nazis were authoritarians who used lies to manipulate groups of people to do things that weren't really in the best interests of either themselves or their larger communities.

That's your opinion, and it's your right to have it.

Better question, why is that all anybody cares about during this time of pandemic?!
I made my Constitutional choice NOT to be vaccinated along with MANY other healthcare workers of varying degrees and our place of employment gives us that RIGHT.

Why not actually look at the elephant in the room- the virus instead of causing issues that only take away from patient care.
Wether vaccinated or not, be smart enough to mask correctly AND social distance and let others take care of their own lives.

It's my informed opinion that is correcting your poorly informed opinion that mandating vaccines during a pandemic is similar to nazis.  The first big giveaway that you are wrong about the Nazi analogy is to consider the purpose of the mandate and then wonder where is the lie? Nazi leaders were angry liars with big ideas.

You should read The Rise and Fall of the 3rd Reich. It's available in an audio book.

We just had our 1st employee here at our University die from Covid. Not with Covid, but from Covid. Just saw him several weeks ago and was his usual smiling self as he always was. Unfortunately, not vaccinated.

So very sad,I’m sorry for your loss..

Again proving you are answering when you don't have all the facts. You don't know my position.  But a virus that has such a large survival rate, more deaths attributed to it with commorbidities than not,  and you are ready to pitch the Constitution, and label all noncompliance...some even calling for their firing!   Your shot is your woobie....you got it...now relax. Why in attack mode? I bet those non vaxxed RNs have less sick days than you do.
