How have you expressed your displeasure about their choice? Are you questioning why they have not been terminated yet?

I wonder if units will have unvaccinated hcw not be assigned to COVID patients. Only have vaccinated hcw assigned to them.

No argument there I'm referring to chastising people for not vaccinating and blaming them for spreading it when it's not exclusive to them. My position as it relates to the OP is another employees vaccination and termination status is nobody's business unless they choose to share. It's nobody's business to "express their displeasure and inquire as to why they haven't been terminated".

It was a pretty simple question. As a wise philosopher once queried - “english, do you speak it?”

Do you think the larger concern might be having unvaccinated staff caring for vulnerable patients who might not survive covid infection? Unvaccinated staff are more likely to transmit virus from an asymptomatic illness to an unsuspecting patient or vulnerable staff member in the work environment.

You don’t know who said that? Dude, that was a softball but you didn’t understand the reference. And you still haven’t answered the question.

Medical reasons or not, why isn't that person removed from their post or at least placed in a noncontact role. That person can infect someone, or easily get infected by many if they work in a hospital. Sorry, but according to many HERE being unvaccinated is not good in a healthcare scenario. NO EXCEPTION! Perhaps short term disability would be best for this one coworker.

Is there anyone out there, really, who can't be vaccinated, in patient contact positions? My thought (or lack of thought) would be that those folks have conditions that preclude them from working with patients with an infectious disease. Is this really a problem?

The last real question you asked was answered.

?what the fluff are you talking about? What does this have to do with people showing displeasure for unvaccinated coworkers and being Nosy Nancys asking why they aren't fired?

About five
No displeasure expressed. They were made to wear full PPE where as the rest of us get away with masks.
Not only that , I'm too busy to get stressed about that
Only some have patient contact and unless they commit serious misconduct and put our residents at risk they are less they are welcome to the job

“fluff”. Good substitution. Dude, you don’t know what you don’t know, so I’ll ask this question again - do you know who your avatar is? If you did, my question would have made sense.
