Hey everyone! So this may seem a bit silly, but I am going to meet with HR in a few days to fill out paperwork and get the employment process going, but since I've never met the HR do I dress as though I am going to an interview again or just dress in my casual street clothes? This is my first RN job, so I don't want to show up looking unprofessional but I'm just not sure. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks.

I'd go with nice casual :)

I'd dress as if going to an interview.

Thank you so much everyone for your advice! I have a much better idea of what I should wear now and how I should present myself.

Definitely dress nice! You never know who you'll run into. Good luck!

I also vote for dressing nice. Business casual would be ok. You never know who youll run into.

Dress as though you will be interviewed because there is always the chance that some HR person will just decide to interview after completing the application.

Being at your best suite is really great than being just like the rest... :D

If you have already been HIRED...then business casual is acceptable.

There is no reason not to dress to impress.
