2024 Nurse Corps Scholarship

I just submitted my application to the Nurse Corps Scholarship, I just found out about this a few months ago anyone have any advice or tips? I am most worried by my SAI number. It is within the range but its on the upper end more than lower. 

Apply to the Nurse Corps Scholarship Program

You are eligible if you:

  • Are a U.S. citizen (born or naturalized), a national, or a lawful permanent resident
  • Are an accepted or enrolled student in a nursing degree program at a United States accredited school of nursing
  • Begin classes no later than September 30
  • Don't have any federal judgment liens
  • Don't have an existing service commitment
  • Aren't overdue on a federal debt

Note: Preference to those who need the most help financially.

Why should you apply?

If you receive an award, you'll get a monthly stipend—and they'll pay your

  • tuition;
  • eligible fees;
  • reasonable costs (includes books, clinical supplies/instruments, and uniforms).

Hello there,

I hope you are well. I, too, just found out about this program (literally a month ago). I am tier 1 with a negative SAI. I had a lot of anxiety getting all my documents gathered-but I finally got to submit everything. I don't know too much about it to share any tips or advice with you, but I am following this post. Hello! 

I haven't been able to find the SAI range they want. I'm pretty sure I qualify but if anyone knows I would be super grateful for the information!

I can't find anything that says the SAI range but I did find previous years EFC range and it was like 0-6400. I can't seem to find it again, but I was basing the SAI range off that.

Hi! Did anyone have problems opening up the 2 documents that the school needed to fill out? It won't open for me, using Google chrome or safari or microsoft edge. I just got my acceptance letter yesterday so now I have to hurry .

I think there was only one that the school needed to fill out. But if you want to drop your email I can email it to you. I don't know if you can private message people on here.
