What general discussion topic on allnurses do you get the most annoyed at?

For example: My pet-peeve is the "I hate working the floor. What cushy nursing jobs are there that do not require any real work?"

How would you like to respond to these topics?

For example: I would like to respond "Quit being lazy, put your time in, and develop into a stronger nurse before venturing out."

Without being specific enough to identify anyone, please contribute with your thoughts about topics that annoy you the most.

Please do not insult, demean, or disparage anyone. After all- at allnurses we are allfriends.

I hate all those sit-coms where the male stars' wives finally get them to go to the doctor, and they are traumatized by the thought of a finger inserted for a digital rectal exam! It's a finger, not the whole hand...what a bunch of babies. :chicken:

I guess a finger seems seems large because these big, burley guys only poop sunflower seeds. :D

It could be that you're seeing the post-cleanup version of the thread. I've seen locked threads that didn't seem bad, but then I notice the number of responses has drastically decreased since I last opened it. Also, while there is more moderation here than on some other boards, the TOS is clearly spelled out and adhered to.

PS TOS also prohibits discussing moderator decisions.

Nursing is awful. Don't do it. Those of you that don't hate it are just too stupid to see the light. I'm too good for butt wiping. Why didn't anyone tell me there would be butt wiping?
