I take it he does not want to chat on here? and just to be clear the only support I have given is on here. you have just posted your email address to everyone am afraid , you should of inbox if you wanted to chat. Basically you have two options and that is cancel or appeal, if you had notes , you have to cancel, regardless if they took a copy or not! as they would take the officers word over yours! he/she would have no reason to lie.

Everyone gets stressed at exams but as I said before , cram in study is not benefical, before or even during an exam. you know for exams that have open book exams! if you get a chance to sit it again remember that! I hope you do and I Hope everything works out for you

Whether you get a chance to take the exam again is independent of accepting the results cancellation or appeal. Based on the scenario posted I would accept the cancellation and throw myself on the mercy of the BoN for the opportunity to test again. Only the BoN makes the decision to test again. Canceling the exam does not guarantee the ability to retake the NCLEX.

You made a mistake. You didn't follow the rules that you agreed to abide by. There are consequences. Now you need to think clearly and concisely to accurately respond to this and any other official communication regarding your future potential to become a licensed nurse.

You might want to consult an attorney to ensure you respond concisely and accurately to the cancellation letter and any future communication from the BoN to protect your future career interests.

The American Association of Nurse Attorneys has a lawyer referral service. These attorneys are experienced in protecting your best interest with the board of nursing. You have posted a lot of info here including your email address. An attorney consultation may help you consolidate your thoughts and not say the wrong response. http://www.taana.org

Dude.....ARE YOU CRAZY?! You realize that all they have to do is match up your name with your email address, which information you used to sign up for said email address, and they know exactly who you are? Add that to the fact that your username seems to be your real name. You are making it really easy for them to figure out who you are. Do you think they don't investigate? I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say you'll probably never be a nurse. And you probably shouldn't be. You cheated and you clearly have no judgement.

When I took the NCLEX I left everything unnecessary in my car, including my cell phone! Don't know why people insist on bringing something like a diary to a testing center. Seriously, just makes you wanna laugh.

Goodness. If you're going to cheat, at least do a better job of it!
