April 2008 NCLEX test takers, COME ON IN!

Per the request of janina08 ;) I've started the April NCLEX takers support group. When do you take it? What are you using to study? Would anyone like to review any of the systems/meds that he/she feels weakest on? Let's keep each other in our prayers and good thoughts as we go through one of the biggest experiences of our lives. :) :nurse:

i cant quote a book on what i just blurted out but i do know that when i was answering questions on qbank with kaplan this same type of question came out a couple of times and everytime it said to notify the supervisor following the chain of command.

as for me, I really can't comment on anything concerning Kaplan because I only have the Saunders but if you do have the resource, you can actually do what I did but you don't have to copy all of what the book is saying...this so we can also have a different perspective on a certain question...thanks:)

this is the only time I can really concentrate on studying because I have a toddler and she always wants my attention...I will be trying to adjust my sleeping habits though especially that I am scheduled at 8am...

Is it normal to feel overwhelmed in studying for the NCLEX, or is it just me????

OK guys, I know I have been stressing out and crying like CRAZY! But those days are gone!!!! I just found out I PASSED! WITH ONLY 5 SATA!!!! I PASSED!

I am NOW:

Genny RN, BSN, MPA

LORD HAVE MERCY!

GOSH, Suzanne is a very very strict person but her plan works!!!!!

Strange b/c I was worried since Saunders is much easier than Kaplan.... but I used it and it worked!

I can't believe it... I AM A REGISTERED NURSE!

^^call the nurse supervisor. there should only be one person in charge during a disaster and usually thats the nurse supervisor. i got these questions on kaplan while prepping for my exam and everytime this was the answer. hope this helps

that's why i'm confused! kaplan says nursing supervisor, but saunders says otherwise... :(
