Hi my name is Jeanette I graduated in June and im barely taking the nclex April 1. I didnt take it earlier for personal reasons and after studying for 1 month an a half i feel completely fried. Is anyone else in here taking the nclex after being out of school for a couple months? I feel really nervous especially since i've been out of school for a while!

Look around for threads, if you cant find any start one and you'll see others joining your tread in no time. That really helped most of us, infact, allnurses was my key to success in the exams, i learnt a lot, got a lot of info on what books to use for prep, we shared our problem points etc. It was worth it.

Wow I thought this thread has been closed now. Thanks mave for posting again:) I got a job here in CA in a mental health hospital but I am still looking for other opportunities so I can get my skills back:) can't deny it that I am so excited to hear from all of you again. You are all indeed my online friends and support and will never ever forget how you helped me pass and be proud to be a RN:)
You're more than welcome! I've been anxious to hear from all of you again! It's been a year, and HAVE to have stories about how crazy it seemed to be so freaked out about the NCLEX. lol. Of course, it was understandable at the time, but it was much less life and death than it seemed.
Don't worry. *hugs* It's pretty bad around that time. Just find something that relaxes you. You don't want your brain to just stop when you need it most. You'll be fine. :)
Absolutely! If it weren't for allnurses, I seriously would have been lost in what to study for the NCLEX.
