I was fortunate enough to have stumbled upon a self-paced introductory statistics course that didn't require much number-crunching, calculations, or real math. It mostly entailed definitions, concepts, and vocabulary.
It was an introductory course to prepare students to critically analyze research articles, conduct research, and understand EBP.

My statistics class is a behavioral statistics class. Not only is it math but it's psychology. I have 1 1/2 weeks left. I have one more test that opens tomorrow then I have to write a 6-8 page APA formatted literary review about a medical study, break down the stats of it, determine if it can be repeated, determine if the findings are significant... Lots of fun this class. But no, I'm not burning my book. I'm selling it back to make some money for the next semester.

Wow, you win as far as level of s**k!! I guess I should appreciate that we didn't have to write a paper!!! I am having nightmares about ANOVA and Chi-square though!
I have two classes left for my BSN ,one is research in nursing, after that this book is going to the gun range as target practice with my AK-47! I am blowing it to bits and peaces, but only after I am totally done using it!

I just finished my 5 week stat course too, but I loved it. But things like that kind of appeal to me. You're through though you made it and that much closer!
What I hate is literature! I am dreading to take the class. I love reading on my own but I hate writing papers and needing to conform or adopt my opinions to the teacher's about lit.
Too bad we can't just all take the prereqs and gen eds we like right haha!
