So yes, youu implied it's OK to make up quotes and attribute them to specific people in the Trump administration since the made up quote backs up the narrative you believe.
I hope that clears things up for you.
This is 100% valid but of course it will be considered "gas lighting".
Tweety said:Fair enough. It is not okay to make up direct quotes. The internet is full of fake memes and quotes. It's hard to know what's true. I just fact checked someone that said Norway isn't supplying oil to US tankers there. Sadly we live in a day when we can't believe much.
What he said was "If you want to actually ensure that Vladimir Putin does not invade Ukraine again, the very best security guarantee is to give Americans economic upside in the future of Ukraine,”
Vance has long been anti-Ukraine and he's not a stupid man, he clearly understands that Russia is aggressor and invaded Ukraine.
At this point in time he'll dance around it but won't say it.
I've said before, since World War II Europe (and Japan) (and now Korea) has relied on the US for defense. This is a world that the US has created. We have ships and bases all over Europe, Japan and Korea and the world. We have treaties and we have alliances. Perhaps it's fair to undo this idea, put America First, and let Europe take more responsibility for themselves.
Almost like a word DOJJ/ security agency.? Except this DOJ/security agency (USA) pays the other countries for there service and security.
I guess Trump didn't sugar coat that there might be some pain for the greater good as people move their production to the US. (I do wonder about that promise to lower overall prices on day 1. Still waiting on that one)
QuoteAs the implementation of trade tariffs against Mexico and Canada takes effect on Tuesday, the major stock indices are underwater for a second straight day, driving the S&P 500 to challenge support at the 200-day moving average for the first time in 17 months.
Auto stocks are also trading defensively, although losses have been mitigated by the expectation that tariffs will be reversed within a month. Automakers like General Motors (NYSE:GM), Ford (F), and Stellantis (STLA) have likely taken proactive measures to build up inventory of parts and moving production into the U.S. when possible, to reduce Mexican and Canadian imports. This will enable the major OEMs to keep costs down, but a protracted trade war will still have a detrimental impact on free cash flow. Bernstein analysts calculate a 60% hit on average to free cash flow for Detroit's Big 3.

Let the land grab begin!
Maybe Americans will start eating sorghum instead of exporting it. I'm not sure that the farmers who just got screwed over by USAID loan repayment for capital improvements are going to be excited about investing in changing crops because Trump loves trade wars. We all know that Trump is erratic and emotional and that is sadly reflected in his policy.

https://www.propublica.org/article/trump-doge-rubio-usaid-musk-death-toll-malaria-polio-tuberculosis
QuoteOne million children will go untreated for severe malnutrition, up to 166,000 people will die from malaria and 200,000 more children will be paralyzed by polio over the next decade, the memos estimated. The programs were cut anyway.
QuoteBorkert responded, indicating that many of the programs were terminated by mistake. "There is an acknowledgement some may have been sent out in error and we have the ability to rescind,” Borkert wrote to Enrich. "We need to identify what those are.”
In recent days, government officials and aid groups have told ProPublica that the administration appears to be trying to reverse-engineer its most sweeping actions to figure out which lifesaving operations were canceled. Staff have been told to report information about terminated contracts to agency leaders. It's not clear what programs, if any, will be restored.
"It is an incompetent mess,” one official said.

It's almost embarrassing to see health professionals defend the actions of DOGE as somehow necessary, or thoughtful, or cost saving. There is no audit occurring. This is throwing rocks into the gears of the federal government based on key word searches.
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/mar/04/trump-university-funding-protests
QuoteDonald Trump threatened on Tuesday to halt all federal funding for any college or school that allows "illegal protests" and vowed to imprison "agitators", in a social media statement that prompted alarm from free expression advocates.
"All Federal Funding will STOP for any College, School, or University that allows illegal protests,” the US president wrote on Truth Social.
QuoteAgitators will be imprisoned/or permanently sent back to the country from which they came. American students will be permanently expelled or, depending on on [sic] the crime, arrested. NO MASKS! Thank you for your attention to this matter.”
In a statement on Tuesday, the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (Fire) condemned Trump's remarks.
"Today's message will cast an impermissible chill on student protests about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict,” the group said, adding: "The [first amendment] protects controversial political speech; we don't use the law to punish dissenters.”
Fascists don't have the same attitude about freedom of speech as patriots have. These fascists are prepared to arrest protesters and use that as pretense to remove weapons from their homes. They begun outlining that plan publicly.
No masks? I can't wear a mask in a crowd to protect myself even a little? We can't create our own privacy in the public square?
Someone should reel grandpa in and get his blood pressure down.
Crusades said:I'm sorry Tweety but not everyone agrees that Trump is a liar and an unethical person.
BS. Everyone knows he made up the lie that he won the election for starters, that he's a convicted felon and an adulterer, I can go on and on but people don't care and he won the election and the popular vote. That doesn't mean people don't know the truth about him just because they voted for him. They voted for him in spite of all that because of the economy, his agenda, etc.
I know, I care, and my side lost.
By buckle up, I mean you're going to have to endure criticism of Trump. No one is going to stop criticizing him or you just because it's smooth sailing for you and that he won the election and the popular vote and is carrying out his agenda and the majority thinks he's doing a good job.
But feel free to whine about the attacks against Trump, I mean criticize us and remind us he won the election all you want. It's fine you should be allowed to. It's not going to be pretty the next four years.

I'm sorry Tweety but not everyone agrees that Trump is a liar and an unethical person. And I don't need to tell you the election results again. And even if it could be proven he is a ethical person and/or does anything good the progressives and far left democrats would ensure they distort and demonized anything he does. Even at their own own benefit and peril. Most shamefully even when it disadvantages their own voters. The voters caught on to this.
It's only been until the "era of Trump" that a politician that distorts the truth is a new heinous crime. Give me a break.
Why do I need to "buckle up"? I voted for Trump to do the things he said he would. He's doing just that. The ride for me is easy sailing. I'm sorry someone called Biden "scum".and ypu had to endure that. I use to get offended when people called Trump a "far right fascist Nazi, existential threat that needs to be eliminated " after a while it gets easier.
It became harder when he was almost assassinated 3 times but I'm back at not caring about the hysterical rhetoric. So the prognosis for you is good.
