Why do so many cheerleaders enter nursing?

The only ex cheerleader on my floor is a guy. He does a mean back handspring.

Wasn’t a cheerleader. I’m not sure why you think all cheerleaders become nurses. Most of my ex-classmates that were cheerleaders are not nurses.

I'm the only former cheerleader in my area. But I was nerdy as well. You will find many from every walk of life, socioeconomic group, or other setting that you wish to define, in nursing.

At my age, if I do a back handspring, someone had better be prepared to take me to the ER or Urgent Care. I'm not going to finish that unscathed ?

And Lordy, I ❤ heavy metal

I certainly wasn’t a cheerleader. I was an actress and was in all of the school plays. Really want to do some local theater but hard to find a nursing job where the schedule will allow me to do that?
