Who's taking summer courses?

To make sure I got the professor I wanted I decided to take Chemistry over the summer. Accelerated... I know, crazy! So far listening to upper classmate's advice about instructors hasn't failed me yet so I'm going for it! Anyone else taking summer courses? What are your plans for the kids over the summer while you go to school?

I am taking Statistics (on campus) and art appreciation (online)

Luckily my mother in law is a teacher and she is going to keep my kids in the mornings while I go to class. The only snag we hit was my classes start the last week of school. so my youngest (not in school yet) will go to school with her for a couple hours in the morning. and she will drop my oldest at school (since I have to leave before she has to be at school) for that week.

I REALLY didn't want to take any summer classes but by taking these 2 classes I will bump my points on my nursing application for my choice school above what the cut off was for the fall. I am planning on retaking the TEAS too sooo hopefully it will all pay off in a few months by a packet in my mailbox....we shall see

I ammm! I have nutrition and a class the college makes everyone take, Dimensions of Work. 10 weeks lefttt! Our Nutrition instructor didn't know the class was only 12weeks, not 15 so the syllabus is all messed up and so are the classes, but it's a great class!

Taking anatomy this summer, took the class 7 years ago as a summer class and even though it was still accelerated still 4 pointed it than. Planing on doing the same this summer.

I'm taking Intermediate Algebra (I don't technically need it but I didn't feel ready to retake Stats yet... I got a C+ in Stats during undergrad) and Chemistry. So far, I have an A in Algebra.

This past week I finished a fast-paced six week effective communications (public speaking) class; tomorrow, I start a fast paced (4 days a week lecture, 2 lab days) chemistry class. What summer? :-)

I was going to take A&P1 but the section was canceled and none of the others worked with my work schedule. So I'm taking Nutrition and a Survey of Behavioral Neuroscience instead. Class starts on Monday. :-)

I'm taking it easy and only took Sociology for the summer. I was going to take a calculus course, but I realized I didn't want all that work in 6 weeks.
