We had a mumps outbreak. Staff had to get vaccinated or show proof or else. Got records in person, in emails, faxes, etc. Now they are demanding records of Hep B or sign waiver in HR or else. Do I collect this or keep this or do HR? IT's getting to be much. They have until start of next year to have all series completed. 125 plus

If it is coming from the Admin in district I would say it is HR responsibility to collect and keep the records for staff.

HR would love to dump this on you but it is their responsibility.

HR would track this if it happened at our school.

HR takes care of all of that here, too.

The Nurse's office here used to because flu shots and other vaccinations were given by the school nurse.
Currently I have no idea. I have a digital health record for all my staff because I need to document every time I see them or if they report a change in their medical needs (ie pregnancy, cancer treatment, etc). But there is no physical file here anymore

Staff health records/vaccines is an HR thing. When I see staff it's just as a courtesy. I do incident reports and forward to HR but other than that, they are not mine to treat or track.

We really don't have an HR department here, but all the staff records are kept in the office, so I imagine the secretary there would handle it. I have nothing to do with staff, visits by them are simply a courtesy, not charted anywhere unless it needs an incident report.

HR would take care of that here as well.
