As some of you remember, I had a terminally ill kindergarten student this year. She was only here for a few days and spent most of the year doing home and hospital teaching but we received regular updates on her and were in touch with mom pretty frequently. She was sick since last summer and passed away at home early yesterday morning. She was on hospice and, from what I understand, was not uncomfortable in her last days. I am very thankful for this.
I don't have any children but I encourage those of you who do to hold them nice and tight today. Every day we have with the ones we love is a true gift from the universe.

I told my Pastor one time I was pretty mad at GOD at that moment. He said it was OK to be mad at GOD. God understood and for me to rest assured, God wasn't going to lose any sleep over me being mad at Him. These kind of things make us all wonder why?????????? I don't know...I say bless this family with the strength to live through this loss and...to you Jersey...very wise advice
