QuoteThe abortion law builds on legislation passed in 2010 that represented a major shift for a traditionally Catholic country, transforming Spain into one of the most progressive countries in Europe on reproductive rights. Spain's constitutional court last week rejected a challenge by the right-wing Popular Party against allowing abortions in the first 14 weeks of pregnancy.
The debate will be heated in Spain, I imagine, as the conservative opposition pushes back. My daughter had horrible menstrual pain during her adolescence and young adulthood. I'm certain that she would have benefitted from that time.

Reminds me of Cuomo's quote in that podcast I linked to. When talking about Biden not being as bad as Trump, he said " just because you're not as bsd doesn't mean you're good."
The same applies here.
What is your point here? I read the link and don't see how judges colluding to set up a future which will make it less likely for them be charged for their bribe-taking in the future, has anything to do with Cuomo's statement, which is logically true for whatever you insert to substitute for "Biden" or "Trump".

I'm laughing, but for a different reason.
I'm.laughing because ABC News and George Stephanopoulos are going to have their names on the donor wall of the Trump Library.
I'm also a bit amused by your idea of what a presidential library is.

It will look like a Nevada house of ill repute. Lots of salacious looking bimbos that served in hus administration will have photos in the perpetual Ivanka look-alike contest. It will be a gallery of rogues who spent time in prison or whi became hus Rasputins. Can't wait to see it when he is gone.

Oh really? Which of the appointees he's named so far do you believe are "salacious looking bimbos"?

They can recreate the bathroom where he stored the stolen documents. Ooh, maybe the weather map with the sharpie drawings is available.
And to represent his life before the presidency, he could have recordings from the people he ripped off with Trump University and contractors he stiffed. Not to mention all the accusations of sexual assault. I wonder if the bus from the Access Hollywood tape can be parked on the grounds.

"salacious looking bimbos" is an ugly sexist statement. Good response.
Another topic not related to Trump and his appointees. It was noted that no women will lead congressional committees in the upcoming congress.
Anyone following the drone story. Odd.
Quote"To date, we have no intelligence or observations that would indicate that they were aligned with a foreign actor or that they had malicious intent," the Pentagon spokesperson said. "But ... we don't know. We have not been able to locate or identify the operators or the points of origin."

It is odd.
At this point, I have to think our government knows what they are as we don't seem to concerned about stopping it. They aren't doing a very good job of explaing though.

But all Presidents have a library and Trump deserves his and he has a lot of fans. Plans for his library started in 2021. Why are we talking about it now?
I mentioned and linked to a story about ABC News as part of a settlement has to pay $15 million into a foundation set up to build Trump's library.
Some who agreed with Stephanopoulos's defamatory statements are deflecting from the story by making the comments that you see above.

ABC agrees to give $15 million to Donald Trump's presidential library to settle defamation lawsuit
NEW YORK (AP) — ABC News has agreed to pay $15 million toward Donald Trump's presidential library to settle a defamation lawsuit over anchor George Stephanopoulos' inaccurate on-air assertion that the president-elect had been found civilly liable for raping writer E. Jean Carroll.
As part of the settlement made public Saturday, ABC News posted an editor's note to its website expressing regret over Stephanopoulos' statements during a March 10 segment on his "This Week" program. The network will also pay $1 million in legal fees to the law firm of Trump's attorney, Alejandro Brito.
The settlement agreement describes ABC's presidential library payment as a "charitable contribution,” with the money earmarked for a non-profit organization that is being established in connection with the yet-to-be built library."
Meanwhile:
"Some senior Democrats are reportedly so disappointed with President Joe Biden's decision to pardon his son, Hunter Biden, that they are threatening to withhold funding for Biden's presidential library."

And I don't blame them.
