Things you would love to say to your fellow nursing students!

Published

Along the lines of the first thread, "Things you would love to say to your nursing instructors" I thought this would be a great thread to start. I've since graduated LVN but there was one main thing I wanted to say to some students in my class.

Will you people in the back row please stop talking! I swear that today I can still hear their motormouths running! :chuckle

When I am in the RN bridge I will come back and post some more. I'm sure some of you have something to get off your chest. Come on and unload here! :)

oh how i'd love to, but i just don't dare. maybe at the end of the semester.

i'm actually a very chilled out person, minding my own business has earned me a reputation of being a good person to have around. (i did turn in the cheating via cell phone on the last test in the last rotation-i didn't know who did it-but i did hear the text messaging going on somewhere behind me. i think that's part of our moral turpitude thing from what i read. this situation however had nothing to do with integrity, patient care, etc. )

some people just don't get that however bad you think something might be it could be much worse. so please somthing else i need to say:

don't worry about everyone else's side of the street unless there's nothing on your side of the street that needs to be cleaned up or fixed.

Put your hand down, we don't care, no one loves your voice as much as you do, the rest of us want to get out early.:heartbeat

  1. Yes, we want to thank you, you little snitch for turning in our CI by lying. BTW we ALL know it was you.
  2. Now we do have to stay late everyday and get stuck in traffic. Happy Now???
  3. Watch out for that Karma, it will come back to bite you later on.
  4. How old are you?? Three???
  5. Why does my head hurt?? Well, most likely, it's from all the DRAMA you caused.
  6. Now that the CI has to follow every rule to the letter, how do you like the loss of your cell phone privileges?? No more texting the hubby all day in the halls.
  7. I picked a patient I really thought I could help, too bad we spent all day dealing with your DRAMA. So you affected patient care for every patient we were assigned, feel better now???
  8. If you don't like the way we do things here, please feel free to move back to your home state, preferably over this weekend, so you won't be around next week to start something else.
  9. How's it feel to be the most HATED person in our clinical group??
  10. Don't even bother asking, I'm not going to help you out, BTW don't bother asking the CNA's either, we've seen the way you talk to them and act towards them.

...are you in my class?!?

If you are terrified of patients, turn green at the sight of blood or a wound, and label most nursing tasks as disgusting... Why are you becoming a nurse?

haha... so true

a lot of nursing tasks are disgusting. but do we overcome and do the task anyway? of course we do.

i would like to thank my fellow students again, for just being a terrific bunch of people. it's been my privilege to have known you.

If you keep pressing me to find out exactly what I got on the test, don't get upset or make snippy remarks when I tell you I got an A. I think I gave you enough info about my performance when I said "I did fine," but you're the one who's pressing for specifics, not I.

If I knew exactly how I did it, I would let everyone know the secret to it, so we can all get As. But I don't, so I can't :(

And for the record, I am entitled to stress over my grades, and I am entitled to be as concerned about failing that one credit class as much as the rest of you are. Believe it or not, passing is no more a certainty for me than it is for you.

Too frakking funny! Now, go study!

So let me get this straight, you didn't want to form a study group at the beginning of the semester because you had your clique, now me and my friend have gotten A's on 99% of the stuff and you want to know if we want to get together and study?? So sorry, we don't have anymore room, we have a good system going on and it works for us!

Thanks a bunch! I've practiced and reach out to my professors now I am in better hands...I have acclimated myself to these nursing exams =)

1. Stop crying because you can barley pass an exam and start studying.

2. No, C doesn't equal RN. C equals a poor nursing student who will probably be stopped by the HESI E2 or NCLEX.

3. Stop hating because I have a 4.0.

4. Nobody cares that you are a PCA or how they do something at "your" hospital.

5. Stop telling everyone how you didn't even study so you don't care that you got a C on the exam. We can see right through it, you did study. Your just stupid!

wow - i used to enjoy this thread, but it has become very hostile. As a barely passing (med surg that is A's in everything else) student who studies like crazy I am really offended by some of these posts. Or maybe finals have me in a bad mood. But wow - not everyone learns the same way as everyone else , definitely not stupid.

Yep. Witty and bitter are not the same thing.
