We are on snow day #5 today here in Indiana (only had 3 built in make up days in the calendar). Second one this week. Had Monday off, delay Tuesday and got 4 more inches of snow last evening with sub zero temps this morning-made for icy roads this am. Stop it Mother Nature, we're going to be in school all summer or do what we did last year and go to extended days to make up all these days. :/

Visiting this thread today. Here in lovely snowy MA we have had 53" in the past 14 days. A couple more inches due today and the possibly of more significant snow Sunday into Monday. We have had 6 snow days. We had 5 days reserved, but now we are over that and they are debating what to do about it.

Snow is everywhere. Public transit in Boston is a mess and that is how most of the students get to my school. I won't even talk about my commute times. Winter, you win. Just stop it. Please!

That is crazy! Can't even imagine! Stay safe! We've had 17 inches of snow here in the last 4 days.

It has been crazy! We got 17" on Monday, the storm about 6 days before that dumped about 28" on us, and 4 days before that one, we got about 8". We had had 0 snow before that and had been commenting it was a mild winter...

YES!!! Roof shoveling is on the list for tomorrow. At least if the hubs falls off he will land in a lot of snow. Mwahahahahaaa!

Don't like snow days because we have to work them back in our school district. Only good thing is that you have an option to choose which day you go to work to pay back for snow day.

And two more snow days for Boston and some areas around it. I am in the little area that will be getting 20-24" inches with this new storm. This equals 8 snow days thus far. Most public schools hit June 30 on calendar with today's snow day and they are trying to figure out how to make up Tuesday's snow day.

There is no where to put the snow! Boston hit its all time 30 day snow record...in 16 days. Those with the same weather be safe...

No school today :) ice storm! Haven't had school on a Monday yet.
