About the ad in the OP. I’s probably smart marketing if you want to receive many job applications, but I have to wonder how potential patients react if they see it? Maybe it’s just me, but given the choice I would rather go to a clinic or hospital that employed only vaccinated staff.

Indeed. The insurers and those who promote "shopping around" for healthcare should wonder why potential patients would want to frequent a health facility that doesn't require staff to follow public health recommendations or scientific guidance during a public health crisis.
Come to hospital XYZ to have your procedure. Our staff are fully vaccinated and trust that science of modern medicine.
