I really wish our charting required more details about our nursing responsibilities, I don't feel like I spend enough time on that.

Of course I'll be glad to work almost minimum wage so the hospital's 6-figure Bigwigs can have their yearly bonuses. They NEED that money to make ends meet . . .

Actually here when they offer double shifts it becomes panic the manager has to say BACKUP from the supe since we are hamsters on a wheel always behind trying to stay from drowning the overhead and bar is set high so your blessed wish our lives were as peaceful this is where the big business looks away fro. Those blister packs that disappear the good ole way the nurses get through shif attitude
