My mantra lately: "Wash your HANDS, go back to CLASS and cover your COUGH!"

I'm sure you are much cuter than Al!!!

Al looked better with the weight. What's up with him? Sheesh.

RT: There is a certain mom's phone number that makes all of us cringe. I tend to put it off and call back after hearing the message first just to troubleshoot. :bag:

God help me if something serious actually happens to one of her kids.

Did they do a tox screen @ MD?

For the passed out kid, they did and it was negative. She has graduated, thank the good Lord above!! I probably called 911 on her 5-6 times for unresponsiveness in the 2 years I had her.

I don't know if they tox screened the other kid. This was last year and the details are fuzzy, although I do remember the student and him BEGGING me to stay in school.

A kid pooped himself twice today. The second time on purpose and he wanted me to change him. He has been trying to get out of school today. Is it friday.

We have parent teacher conferences the next two nights (4 hrs each night), so we get Friday off. I have to stay for conferences too, but I'm never needed...

I just had a bunch of new bulletin boards installed in my new clinic, so I'll be working on those the nights of conferences.

sent out a letter for all the kindergarten students that they should have an extra pair of clothes in their backpacks just in case (mostly because I see the same students over and over again about accidents). Just now I got one who purposefully does it for attention and there are no clothes. :no:

I call home and all contacts if I can't get anyone. Yup, they'll miss class but I'm SO over it, it's not funny...

Just an observation: When I see random student's in the hallway and they say hello to me and I return the hello and smile.....inevitably I will see that "friendly" student in the clinic just a matter of minutes. Suddenly, they need to see me ! Just a few minutes ago they were perky, smiley and upbeat......now they need to come see me. REALLY ??

Some days I try not to even make eye contact with them !!

I normally don't laugh at my own jokes, I was laughing at that, all alone in my office. Pretty creepy.
